Why me
I know what it's like to be stuck with AI
I spent ~15 years in Enterprise Customer Success & Sales at LinkedIn, Miro and Seismic — leading global client programs for teams at Nestlé, Merck, Credit Suisse, Bosch and Bayer, and training hundreds of CS and sales professionals along the way.
When generative AI arrived, I taught myself full-stack development and started shipping real apps and platforms. But AI is no magic wand — I got stuck, a lot. The model ignoring me, the app crashing for no obvious reason, the endless "why isn't this working?!" And every single time, I figured out how to get unstuck.
There's no one perfect, plug-and-play answer — in tech or in go-to-market. Both take expertise and judgement to stay ahead. So now I navigate teams and leaders through the jungle of AI, and build the systems that move the needle.
